Your data, our posture
AgentGrade processes the traces you submit for scoring. This page states, plainly, what we handle and what we do not claim.
What we handle
agent descriptions, trajectories (steps plus final output), and scoring criteria used to produce eval scores.
Data handling commitments
- Submissions run the product pipeline and are retained only as long as needed for your saved history (paid tiers) or until you delete the run.
- We apply access controls consistent with GDPR Art. 32 (security of processing) where personal data is processed.
- BYOK keys (Enterprise), when offered, are stored server-side only and never exposed to the browser.
Honesty rule: AgentGrade scores traces you submit. We do not guarantee that a high score means the agent is production-ready, that every failure mode is covered, or that pass rates transfer to another harness.
Our honesty posture
- AgentGrade is decision-support for agent evaluation — not a certification body or a policy engine.
- For binding advice, consult a qualified professional in the relevant domain.
